R.R Group was launched in India through its flagship company R.R.Electronics in the year 1964. R.R. Electronics was the first electronic manufacturing unit to be registered in Chandigarh, the capital city of Punjab & Haryana in 1969.It has emerged to be one of the leading technology based Groups.

Starting with Electronics based Radios in the late sixty’s, R.R pursued a strategy of Backward vertical integration and started manufacturing Power Plant High tension protection Equipments, Voltage Stabilizers, Traffic Signals, Solar energy based Equipments, Electronic Switching & Control Systems, Musical Fountains, Traffic Safety devices, Street Lights, Remote Control Systems, Micro Processor Technology Control Systems, Sound Conference Systems- to be fully integrated along the technology and energy value chain.
